Amine Salts of Alkyl (US Environmental Protection Agency Regulation) (EPA) (2018 Edition) The Law Library presents the complete text of the Amine Salts of Alkyl (US Environmental Protection Agency Regulation) (EPA) (2018 Edition). Updated as of May 29, 2018 This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of amine salts of alkyl (C 8-C 24) benzenesulfonic acid (dimethylaminopropylamine, isopropylamine, mono-, di-, and triethanolamine) when used as an inert ingredient in pesticide formulations applied to growing crops and applied to animals. The Joint Inerts Task Force, Cluster Support Team Number 8, submitted a petition to EPA under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), requesting an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance. This regulation eliminates the need to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of amine salts of alkyl (C 8-C 24) benzenesulfonic acid (dimethylaminopropylamine, isopropylamine, mono-, di-, and triethanolamine).
