Ervin Wainwright received his Associate of Personnel Administration from Gates Lord Hall U.S. Army Institute for Personnel and Resource Management Indianapolis, IN, his Bachelors of Psychology from The University of Arizona. He was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army on March 19, 1989. He has attended North Central University, Baker University, and has taught Africana Studies at Rock Valley College. He received his ministerial ordination from the National Christian Counselor. Association where he was an active professional member until May of 1996.
