Anyone who hopes to understand the history and development of American Wildlife and Hunting Law, and by extension American attitudes toward access to land, MUST own this book.

THE BEST LAW BOOK I HAVE EVER READ

This compelling tale of American Wildlife Law is so eloquently written that I was almost moved to tears. It is by far the best law book I have ever read and it is such a shame that it is no longer in print. Mr. Lund has awoken a passion inside of me for this wonderful branch of law.
