You will never visit a carnival and see it with the same eyes.

I was awed by the way the author immersed himself in this strange world. Just the hitchhiking in remote areas of the country and willingness to endure pain , loneliness and danger to write this story was astonishing. This book wasn’t like seeing a painting depicting a carnival 🎡. It was more like an X-ray 🩻. You won’t ever look a carnival the same way again!
