Eye-rolling

Author renders her own take on the rise in unwed pregnancies after WW2, following the saga of one teenage Jewish couple. Her sarcasm toward any hint of morality is most overbearing, and I read the book in spite of her attitude, which merely justifies the importance in providing children with a solid moral compass while still young.
