I would like to establish in the following story that statements and testimonies are supported accounts left by people who in some way were related to the dominican dictator Rafael L. Trujillo Molina, to his regime or to the conspiracy that culminated in the ambush and riddled of the fierce ruler. In order to put together this work I considered facts such as family ties, position held in the government by some of the participants in the attack, and the reasons that led to the group to kill Trujillo on May 30, 1961 while traveling by car in a highway in the Dominican Republic.
