Very useful!

I used this book during my residency and found it to be extremely useful. While it is by no means an exhaustive text, it does provide approaches for specific clinical problems encountered in the outpatient clinic setting. I think it is particularly helpful to the pediatrics and perhaps family medicine resident who is using another text to cover much of the physiology and pathophysiology of disease, but wants a more practical book to assist with developing their skills in the outpatient setting.
