Amazed as HSP with dissociation

I am amazed at many things in life that other people may find quite normal. As HSP, I notice things that other people maybe don't notice. Now that I am 62 years old and making progress in my therapy, I realize that I have learned many things as a result of the family in which I grew up. Due to the presence of the mental disorders PTSD, (open and hidden) narcissism, codependency, gaslighting (cunning manipulation technique of hidden narcissism) and TPS, I now have more life experience, human knowledge and psychological knowledge. I don't need to study psychology because I have learned everything in practice. In an unpleasant way. Due to my interest in (para)psychology, I have always studied topics that may apply to the family in which I grew up. I don't have to be an expert either. As HSS, I always want to try and experience. As a result, I make discoveries that make me spiritually richer. Because I always let myself be guided by what comes to my mind. I never have fixed plans. Because life is changeable. As a person I also change depending on the changes in my life. As HSP and HSS, I will continue to make discoveries because my curiosity is greater than my fears. Life will continue to amaze me.
