To get out of poverty, the poor must have a spirit of willing cooperation and seeking knowledge and know-how. It must adopt a worker behavior and be brave. Poverty is often the consequence of a natural disadvantage, of the accumulation of weaknesses, of errors. The poor should be able to strip its strengths and weaknesses; be able to analyses them and be able to talk if he wants to be able to hope for effective aid. He must have the will to get out of poverty. The poor must do everything to get rid of all the States of negative mind which can harm the development of qualities that will help them out of poverty.
