About the Author:
John Gregg is a Vietnam veteran who served in the U.S. Army from 1967 to 1971. After his military service, he graduated from San Diego State University on the GI Bill. Gregg spent over four decades as a writer, reporter, anchor, and senior producer for NBC, ESPN, Stanford University, ABC, and PBS. Throughout his distinguished career, he was nominated for 18 Emmy Awards and won 4 Emmys for his writing and reporting. He lives in San Diego, California, with his college sweetheart.
