Alpaca Poe and Cricket

By Susan Cortz

Book Overview

The arrival of a big dog at Humming Oaks Farm has sent the alpacas into a frenzy. None of them have actually met a dog before, but, based on things "THEY say," the herd decides all dogs must be dangerous, dirty, and dim.

Young Poe, however, is not convinced. When faced with the decision to stay safe and follow his herd or embark on a potentially dangerous fact-finding mission, Poe's brave heart, determination, and his mother's wise words guide him on a quest for the truth.

Alpaca Poe and Cricket is the second book in the Adventures of Alpaca Poe series, which fosters kindness, character, and individuality.
