Almitra: The Prophetess

This is the narration of the author's brief relationship with the prophetess Almitra. It is an unconventional love story with a twisted end. It could be read as the Improbable Sequel of Kahlil Gibran's "The Prophet", though its content may not appear immediately as spiritually edifying. The main plot is complicated by a series of seemingly unrelated digressions that constitute the "contaminatio." Like the documentary of a memorable blind date, there is plenty of drama, irony, suspense, entertainment, sensuality, and horror.
