With the help of his new friend Kevin, a wise koi fish, Franco discovers a mysterious overflow pipe at the bottom of the tank. Under the cover of a calm, quiet night, he bravely jumps in, sliding fast and round until... plop He lands on a lily pad in a vast pond teeming with big, scary fishes. But Franco isn't one to give up. As he swims across the water, he notices he's growing-a strong tail emerges, helping him glide through the lovely blues and greens. Ducking under waves, he explores a sunken shipwreck and rests in a glittering treasure chest full of gold, dreaming of home.
The next day brings more wonders: Franco wakes with legs sprouting alongside his tail Zipping faster than ever, he knows he's getting closer. He conquers a tickling waterfall that whooshes him along, leaps over slippery rocks with plops and bounds, and soon grows full frog legs-front and back. Finally, he spots a group of frogspawn that look just like him: his brothers, sisters, and beloved mum Yippee They catch flies together until the sun sets, slipping into sweet dreams.
From that day on, Franco embraces his differences, realising they've made him brave and true to himself. His long, wiggly, wild journey-all the way home-teaches him to cherish every hop across lily pads, every splash in the sunshine, and the friends and places along the way. And so, dear reader, if you ever feel a bit lost, remember: even the tiniest tadpole can embark on the biggest adventure.
