A tale so bold, invigorating and deep with love. The dreams of a young venturous girl are imagined and then explored. Alison, an heir to the throne, like no other in the kingdom, imagines a land... This description may be from another edition of this product.
It is not often that I come across a novel that both insults my eyes and my intelligence, but alas, here we are. I came across this monstrosity, purely by mistake, and my life is forever changed for the worse. I cry to you, dear people: run. Turn away and never come back. The poorly written synopsis should have been warning enough, but I feel my mind was not where it should have been. Despite the warnings from my common sense, I proceeded to read this travesty. I thank the lord that it was free, but am most saddened that I wasted the opportunity to get a better book instead. Something classy….like Twilight, or Fifty Shades of Grey. You know. Something with heart. (Yes. That was a joke.)
I find it rather intriguing to read an author’s first work, as it also tells of their character. For example, despite the author’s name NOT being on the cover, I can tell it’s a young man. Simply due to the fact that they obviously have no idea how women work. Normally I don’t send forth such bitter reviews, for I know how hard it is to write a book. (Even a short one such as this.) But the fact that they would insult our intelligence as a species and state that this clump of tree carcass is meant for TEEN AND UP, is simply appalling. And yes I mean tree carcass for they didn’t even elect to offer this “novel” in eBook format.
As this review comes to a close, I wish to reiterate this:
Don’t bother. The land of “Alteria” is not for you, or anyone for that matter….Wait. Alteria? Isn’t that a Pokemon?
