Having left the Toronto suburbs, police constable Beckett must adapt to the quiet country living of eastern Canada.

When a chemistry class explosion mysteriously transports an alien teenager into his neighbor's field, Beckett's stubborn nature becomes a force to be reckoned with. Then charging in on the alien teenager's escape plans, Beckett becomes accidentally abducted and transported to a planet called Voga-Veezeh. Everything there, people included, is made of sound and all of the aliens have artistic sentiments.

On Voga-Veezeh, it becomes a well-known fact, that no one wants to go messing around in Beckett's head. His unique and somewhat practical footprint keeps reacting to the elements. The ground shakes, and the water turns to stone.

His new alien friends could be a well-needed source of inspiration and the key to his returning home, but the survival of their extraordinary world is at risk. Beckett must fumble through a strategic plot of fun, adventures, and loveable characters where heroes and heroines combat to save the day. In a realm of multiple settings, stories and songs, he needs to let go of the reigns and learn to fly.
