A Book for Precalculus

It doesn't seem like anyone uses this book anymore. I would have never encountered it if I didn't see it on one of my professors book shelf. I looked through it and I saw that its content is good. This book can be used in a precalculus course. It has more than enough topics for even two semesters. What I don't like about this book is that it doesn't focus on much applications - mostly just pure material. I highly recommend it's use though.
