Great "How To" Book On Defusing Violence

I have read dozens of textbooks in this genre, but I found this book quite refreshing. Its obvious the author has actually handled numerous threat of violence situations. The advice and coaching is realistic and balanced, not academic and generic. I would recommend this book to any manager, security person, human resources person, or risk manager who wants a "hands on" and pragmatic approach to dealing with difficult situations. Well done!
