Substance abuse has risen dramatically in all segments of society over the years. Tobacco and alcohol use is fairly frequent in the medical community. The study's aims were to determine the prevalence of and alcohol usage in medical students, as well as the various reasons for starting pregaming. Results from our study shows the History of Alcohol Addiction much more than that reported among general youth. Also, consumption of alcohol commonly starts in social gatherings followed by Just for sake of fun.
