Whaa?

Just received my copy of the AIP Salad Recipe Cookbook. Firstly, It’s poorly edited, which was a poor indicator of what lay ahead. Some of the recipes contain couscous and crackers, neither of which are even gluten free! Yes, I’m new to the AIP program but I was under the impression that eggs, legumes and other grain-like foods like quinoa are not allowed. Is this book a joke or have I been misinformed?
