This publication takes up some of our published works with a view to promoting a contribution to the History and Memory of a locality, known for its rich socio-societal, socio-cultural and socio-cult past, on the one hand and the involvement of activists from the Association of Muslim Ulemas of Algeria (AOMA) on the other hand. Indeed, it is a study relating to the Islamist influence of the local population of Ain El H ts, then known and renowned for the origin of the first inhabitants, shorfa (nobles) and mrabetine (descendants of local marabouts). In Ain El H ts, maraboutism and Sufism are important. Moreover, on the basis of this information, we have expressed a wish to publish this contribution and to provide an answer to questions that concern us. For this, with a specific objective, we are trying to promote the establishment of the Association of Muslim Ulemas of Algeria through the creation of the Sh 'b ts Djemiat El 'Ulama El M slimin bi 'Ain El H ts, in the locality that we have been studying for several decades.
