Elkins describes how to move from knowing about one's spirituality to knowing through a direct, conscious experience with it. This description may be from another edition of this product.
This is a book I re-read about once a year. Gary does a great job of presenting points that are easy to understand and put into practice. One of my favorite chapters is the one about always having to be right. Gary does a great job and uses humor to help us see that sometimes there is more than one "right" answer. I highly recommend the book.

I read AH HA! right at a moment in life where I needed to remember who I am and what the power of the mind can do. The stories, the concepts and the truths of this book were exactly what I needed to kickstart myself. Gary takes difficult concepts and makes them easy to grasp. Thank you!!

AH HA! is an interesting insight into one man's journey. AH HA! explores and discusses basic universal truths. AH HA! shows how one person translates personal experience and observations into what can be useful day to day methodology in dealing with one's own personal journey. Along with the AH HA! insights, AH HA! makes available answers and "how toos" for each reader's personal situational edification." Reading this book and applying it to one's own situation(s) is not only revealing, but it can be the "stepping stone" to the manifestation of having, being, seeing, and growing.

The thoughts and ideas Gary presents in his "Search for Spiritual Meaning" lead me to a deeper understanding of who and what "we" are. I found "Ah Ha" to be an intriguing and enlightening presentation of the truth that "what you think affects how you feel." Ideas can profoundly change and affect how you feel and abound within it's pages. I believe mankind's goal is "to feel good" and Gary's story leads to a path for realizing that goal. Dr. Richard G.
