Fire, Flood, Thievery and Untruths, Mayhem indeed.

In this third book of The Agnes Hopper Series, Carol Heilman continues to deliver a fun and well written narrative of how far Agnes will go to protect the ones she cares for and how her own points of view can change after learning you cannot judge a book by its cover. Trying to solve all the mysteries that unfold through this book is hard work but work Agnes thrives on to get to the bottom of things. The endearing themes of love of family, friends, faith and community continue in this third book and reminds us that sometimes "God moves in mysterious ways, don'tcha know!"
