For many years, I have been deeply impacted by the subject of the Kingdom of God. As a diligent and responsible student of the Holy Scriptures, I have been exposed to countless interpretations of what the Kingdom of God truly is. To date, I have been in the ministry for 51 years, raised by Pentecostal Christian parents who gave me more than evangelical doctrine, but also a lifestyle of holiness and responsibility as a child of God. I am a graduate of the Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, a conservative school closely aligned with the Protestant Reformation.
This topic of the Kingdom is very important to me because it is what Christ brought when he came from heaven. Although he established the church, his message was about the Kingdom of God. The government of heaven must come to earth so that God's will may be done on earth as it is in heaven. In my study of this topic, I have avoided many fantasies about the Kingdom and have limited myself to what Jesus taught and the early church practiced.
Perhaps one day the Holy Spirit will direct me to write a book about the Kingdom, but for now I've only written about those of us who are responsible for preaching and being examples of the Kingdom in this world. I titled it "AGENTS OF THE KINGDOM " because I believe it is the responsibility of every believer to represent the Kingdom of God in their sphere of influence.
For some reason, God seemed to have to push me to finish it a year after I started. Perhaps I'm too hard on myself. I have a great fear of God in my role as a writer because I know my books will outlast me. I also feel a responsibility to leave the next generations with those truths that have driven me to be a minister whom God has used to have great influence in the world.
I don't take any credit because it is always God's grace that drives and sustains me in everything I do for my God. I pray to the Lord that the content of this book will be a great blessing to you, that Christ may be glorified. May we be faithful in the area of administration of His Kingdom that He has entrusted to us.
Sincerely
Nahum Rosario .
