Spartacus, a black cat who becomes part machine after being micro-chipped. This transformation equips him with new skills, which he uses to serve as a spy for the British Secret Service. Spartacus embarks on a mission to Afghanistan, where he collaborates with SAS troops to capture the top ten leaders of the Taliban. Upon his return, he witnesses his sister's first day in the Army Cadet Force and attends several meetings with her
Spartacus is then assigned a mission to obtain details of America's plans to invade Canada. With the help of a mole in the CIA, he gains access to the Pentagon and places the invasion plans on the mole's laptop to ensure her loyalty to Canada. His plan involves blackmailing the mole to hand over the plans to a group of Commonwealth spies. Spartacus requests permission to patrol the border of the 49th Parallel to witness and record an incident there.
The culmination of these events leads to all member states of the Commonwealth of Nations declaring war on the United States. President Lincoln requests an armistice after thirty days, resulting in the reduction of the USA to sixteen states.
