Against All Odds

I grew up in Willits in the 30's and worked briefly for the NWPRR and have many fond memories of the locale of the story so was intrigued by the historical referances to the railroad and the beautiful Eel River environs. The story woven around the locale was very suspensful and made it difficult to set the book aside.
