Life on the Florida coast is nothing short of a dream for Frank Scallio. He shares a home a few miles from the beach with his wife Darla and four incredible kids. It's the first week of August, and school is about to begin for their daughter and three sons. Add in an accident at work, and it has been a hectic week.
