Young Adult writes a Young Adult book

A great Sci/Fi suspense book for young adults ages 10-18 (and older). Great dialogue and both funny and suspenseful plot twists. Written by a 15 year old, this is a very sophisticated story about a group of families that are selected by lottery to be evacuated to a underwater habitat (Afrizo is Greek for Bubble) to escape a world wide holocaust. The "end" comes too soon and the families are not well prepared and a lot of the habitat is not fully functional. Rose, the main character, rises to the challenge and takes the disfunctional band of refugees to their full potential and beyond.
