The essence of this work is to indicate some of the problems related to international refugee protection faced by refugees and asylum-seekers in different parts of the world.This work aims to limit the number of refugees in orbit, those Africans who are in a critical situation in Israel, by constant country the most requested by African refugees, then in the world. It should be remembered that the protection of the rights of refugees should constitute an essential duty and obligation that we must internalize.This is how to internalize with a humanitarian spirit; throughout this work, we have led all States to reduce their restrictive practice for shared cooperation in order to have more consistency in the texts that fairly protect the refugees of the world and particularly those in orbit; Then the adjustments and mechanisms were always proposed as a reinforcement of the Geneva Convention of 1951.
