Afflatus

Afflatus is a story of the love we encounter in various forms, the grief we go through when we lose the people attached to that love, and learning to live with it all.

You know that feeling where you love so hard, that it feels like your heart is on fire? I'd say it's one of the most terrifying and exhilarating feelings you could ever experience.

We've all got our own certain people, who have the ability to bring out the vulnerability in us. People who make us feel unafraid to let our walls down. People who show us that, wearing our heart on our sleeves and loving as hard as we do, is anything but weakness, I think there is something so dangerously beautiful about that.

And if you haven't found the people who make you feel that way yet, trust me when I say that sooner or later, you will. This book is a collection of stories about mine. These are the pages from my heart that hopefully won't give you paper cuts.
