Adventures of Theodore ThumpinBunny

A shy child, growing up in the suburbs of New York City, I owned many pets. Thumper came to me one Easter morning as a surprise and soon became my best friend. Each day after school, we sat and discussed all of life's musings and solved many a mystery together. He enjoyed touring the neighborhood in the front basket of my bicycle, as well as the wooden box attached to the back of my handmade go-cart. 'Thump never complained or judged and we enjoyed our time together for several years.

Much later on, devastated by the loss of my mother, thoughts of 'Thump came reeling back to me for comfort, and stories began pouring out of me from a place I hadn't been in years. I attribute much of what was surfacing to my early days with Thumper. I began writing, never really knowing where the stories would take me. Lessons learned I suppose. The stories are lessons that we pick up along the way, and if we are lucky enough to have had a friend like 'Thump, who held my hand through the toughest of situations, we are fortunate, indeed.
