Having completed the Basic Discipleship Classes, BDC, we felt there was a need to prepare people for leadership both in the church and the marketplace. We wanted to ground people in principles and practical knowledge and skills in leadership and taking responsibility. So, we crafted a more intense and elaborate course covering over twenty subjects. The range includes leadership principles, commitment to the cause of Christ, character of leaders, why leaders fail, the call to discipleship, walking in excellence, finishing the great commission, the Kingdom of God etc.

This book is basically a transcription of the teachings as recorded on videos. Whilst this may be intense, it is most enjoyable and the reader will be challenged to run with patience the purpose of God for their lives.
