Dated but usefull

I wasn't expecting much from this book but it showed quite a few tricks when dealing with LDAP, CDO, and other built in features of Windows 2000. This book refers to Windows 2000 beta versions, but most examples will work.

Excellent Introduction to ADSI programming for NT Admins

I was under the mistaken impression that ADSI requires Active Directory Service to run. It doesn't. This book will show you how to do network, IIS, and LDAP admin tasks using the ADSI objects. It is a great, easy to follow introduction to ADSI programming.Don't let the ASP part throw you off. ADSI ASP Programmer's Reference covers all the basic capabilities of ADSI. It also ties in those with working examples that tie to Exchange (LDAP), IIS, and WinNT. The numerous examples are well explained and clear. Most of the information is available from Internet sources, but ADSI ASP Programmer's Reference brings all that information in to a convenient book.
