While the recipes sound good, it was overall very disappointing. Literally, the only mention of ADHD was the title. The recipes themselves are questionable. Directions may include "cut everything in half lengthwise" when the only ingredients are almonds and oils/spices. Ingredient lists say "1 can of..." without specifying the size, or "3 cups butternut squash" without mentioning cooking or preparation method. Overall, not a book I would recommend.
