Acute primary angular closure becomes an ophthalmologic emergency due to the intense pain it causes and the severe visual consequences it leaves as sequelae. In order to identify the clinical factors that influence the appearance and evolution of acute primary angular closure, an observational, descriptive and cross-sectional study was carried out in patients diagnosed with acute primary angular closure who attended the ophthalmology service of the General Teaching Hospital "Abel Santamar a Cuadrado" from December 2021 to January 2024.
