A comprehensive, durably-bound compendium of a tremendous amount of information that any (fire, rescue, ems, police) emergency responders might need from poisonous plants and their effect to the hand signals to stop and direct a train to the strength of ropes and slings to sources of information, advice and help to truck hazardous material ID numbers and on and on.
