Acquiring Illumination contains the Theological Foundations, Truth, and the Holy Spirit that are the Core of Revelation:
These Cores of Truth are made manifest, and all require balanced and structural harmony to be truly understood.
1. Doctrinal Truth: These are authoritative, foundational, and biblically rooted theological principles. To remain doctrinally sound, teachings must align with the overarching narrative of Scripture and respect four non-negotiable "load-bearing walls" the Lordship of Jesus, the Divinity of Christ, the Triune nature of God, and Salvation by grace through faith.
2. Dispensational Truth: This form addresses the changing purposes, commands, and callings across distinct biblical ages. Humanity is split into three scriptural classes: the Jews, the Gentiles, and the Church (the Body of Christ). Applying promises falsely across these groups "robs" the intended recipients of what is exclusively theirs.
3. Practical Truth: Practical truth can only be claimed once doctrine has successfully passed dispensational testing. It concerns "what ought to be done" rather than just "what is," bridging real-world, morally sound behavior with divine wisdom (phronesis).
The Identity and Attributes of the Holy Spirit are showcased through distinct lenses across the Old and New Testaments and details the "Nines of the Holy Spirit," nine fruits (e.g., love, joy, peace) and nine gifts (e.g., wisdom, faith, healing).
Furthermore, the Spirit's unique characteristics through all books of the Bible, identify Him as everything from the "Spirit of Creation" in Genesis to the "Restrainer" of end-time events in 2 Thessalonians, culminating as the "Revealer of Jesus" in Revelation.
Redemption is looked at as Correction and Restoration, challenging a strictly transactional, sin-focused definition of redemption and presented as a mechanism of divine correction, realignment, and restoration.
The Kinsman-Redeemer ("go El"): In Hebrew law, a "go 'El" is a male relative responsible for buying back property, freeing family from slavery, marrying a childless widow to preserve a lineage (Levirate marriage), or avenging injustice.
The Ultimate Go'el spirals upward through the Abrahamic, Mosaic, and Davidic covenants, finding its absolute fulfilment in Jesus Christ. Jesus took on flesh to become our literal kinsman and endured the cross to secure our eternal inheritance.
Man is a Work in Progress with Adam as the infantile specimens that served as the "base models" of an ongoing Creation that will reach completion when the New Jerusalem is established.
God acts as a redeemer of time.
Chronos: Sequential, linear, and measurable clock time governed by the solar and lunar cycles.
Kairos: Qualitative, divinely orchestrated moments saturated with purpose. It is "God's appointed time" where divine intervention intersects human history.
Examples of Time Redeemed include biblical events where God structurally bypassed or compressed linear time to accelerate fruitfulness such as Joshua making the sun stand still, Joseph's single-day elevation from prison to power, Jesus turning water to wine instantly at Cana, and Joel's promise that God will restore the years eaten by locusts.
A wish is a mere desire for an outcome, whereas a decision is a desire backed by the commitment and willingness to pay any price to see it manifest. While humans hold the free will to make choices, they do not possess the power to choose the consequences of those actions; the consequences are the natural fruit of the choices.
Staggering from belief to belief happens when people refuse to take responsibility for their own lives or let their roots grow deep.
Believers need to stop ripping up their belief systems over temporary failures and instead seek the mind of Christ to expand their capacity to receive God's abundance.
