The phytocompounds studied in this work have promising potential as antihypertensive agents, particularly through their ability to target and modulate ACE2 activity. These natural compounds help vasodilate, reduce inflammation and oxidative stress, thereby improving blood pressure regulation. What's more, they generally have a more favorable side-effect profile than conventional pharmacological treatments.
