True Accountability Doesn't Just Happen

Accountability is an excellent "how to" guide for using accountability pairs to progress on your Christian goals, or goals for change you might have for yourself in just about any aspect of your life. This book specifically shows how to develop, pick, nuture and monitor an accountability pair. The process is explained in easy to read terms, and covers most all of the possible pitfalls that could come up. Dr Schmidt credits accountability pairs as a moving force for change and progress within his church. Although the kind of concerted planning this book describes is unusual in church circles, it encapsulates many of the processes business use to dependably achieve business results. It is presented in a "you can do it too" format that will make accountability work for you.
