The last thing Agustin Garcia wants to think about is Christmas. In the last few months his life has taken a toll for the worst, and there seems to be no end in sight to his woes.

It all began when his only daughter Alejandra was taken by ICE. A great travesty since a mistake was made and she should not have been detained in the first place. At seeing the grave situation Alejandra was in, her mother Tomasa dies of sorrow and grief. This is a terrible blow to Agustin since Tomasa is and will always be the love of his life.
