This is a little book of stories - those things that make you think.In the desert beyond Albuquerque, there are three figures in the landscape that you would swear were carved by the modern-day equivalent of Michelangelo. But they weren't. They were carved by the action of geomorphic processes, those that continually shape the earth's surface. Got to think there's a lot more to this world and universe than we can ever hope to understand. Not sure whether that's the way it is and should be, or whether our destinies are designed to have a long and tortuous pathway.
