Detective Chief Inspector Rosie Marks, known to many as 'Yorkshire Rosie', is a respected and popular police officer. Brilliant, clever, and successful, she heads up a team fighting county lines and related crimes in the spa town of Harrogate under the project name 'Operation Caterpillar'.
