About WHISKY: A journey through it's history up to the 90s

The idea of writing this text was born during one of the many return trips from Scotland, I wished it had been the summary of my infinite passion in the world of Whiskey, I also thought it could be of help to those who had expressed the will to approach this subject as well closed '' a bit like the Scots are, until they know you, which means that they have led you by the hand into their limbo of acrid smells and alcohol fumes until you get intoxicated without ever losing control of your ego ... Because drinking is also an art.
The '' good drink '' this unknown to the many, much appreciated by the few; saying is not quantity but quality is an obvious phrase, appreciating the product you are tasting, after having received an education in the field with those who have "cultivated" and cared for that nectar during the long years of rest in those majestic barrels ....... is truly a priceless pride.
