About Face, A terrific book for my 20 month old!

An adorable book! My son loves when I read the lyrical words and imitate the photos in the book. It takes traditional rhyming and typical finger plays one step further to engage your child with facial gestures, body movements and language. My son Henry laughs and loves our time together when we use the book as inspiration for our own play. Cindy Crawford's introduction is sweet and poignant and gives insight to her love of Motherhood and appreciation of her own Mother.Seeing Cindy get silly can be an impetus for all mothers to do the same!

Excellent even for little babies

Our 20 month old and our 4 month old LOVE this book, we read it to them all the time. They love to look at the babies' pictures and play along with the toe kisses. It really is wonderful even for little infants !

preferred reading for toddlers

i bought this book for my niece and nephew, along with several others but this is the one they ask for all the time. they love the pictures and the funny faces we make when we read it.

Mother of a 1 year old

I highly recommend this book. The story line is whimsical and the vibrant pictures would engage any child. There is even a page to personalize the book with a photo of mom and child. My son absolutely loves it and pulls it off the shelf every night at bedtime. His two favorite pages have pictures of several children displaying various emotions. He also loves the picture of Cindy Crawford pretending to be a monkey. By purchasing the book, I also felt good that portions of the proceeds will go to the charity Reading is Fundamental. I've bought the book as gifts for several friends who have also really enjoyed it.
