Aaron is an eleven-year old boy living with his adoptive parents after the death of his mother a couple of years earlier. Aaron always knew he was different because of four distinctive bands on his arm that occasionally glowed. His mother had always said she would explain what they were when he was older but to keep it a secret until then, unfortunately she never got the chance. She did however leave a present that looked like a small stone that Aaron received on his eleventh birthday. Without realising it, by touching the stone it activated and sent a message to a cousin of his fathers. When Carl Beatle turns up at Aarons door, both are in for a shock. Carl did now know his cousin and best friend had a son and Aaron did not know his mother was not from Earth.
