Crazy

Don't buy it. Don't waste your time. This book is a complete whack job. If you want to die from alcoholism and addiction, this book will definitely get you there. I don't even think the author is a real addict/alcoholic. He can't even identify with what is really happening in our brains and our bodies. Heavy users look a lot like addict/alcoholics. But they're not. This guy is clearly not one of us. And I'm not saying AA is the only way, no siree! But the person you're taking advice from should at least identify with you, not compare everything to himself and you. Don't do it. It's a trap
