Robert began his pastoral calling in Canada and eventually moved to the United States where he and his wife have been permanent residents for 21 years. Robert still fills in as a supply preacher when needed. His wife received a liver transplant in 2011 precipitating his early retirement from full time ministry enabling him to care for his wife. God has been more than faithful to both of them and they serve Him out of a deep love for Him. Now, Dr. Coutts has embarked on a career of writing to encourage. and challenge everyday people to serve the Lord.
