Highly recommended!

In this fascinating book, Dr. C.S. Cowles of Point Loma Nazarene University, having become ashamed of his denomination's overweening male chauvinism, examines the role of women in the church service from both a historic and scriptural basis. His conclusion is that there is no reasonable basis for excluding women from any Christian service, including church leadership. Higly recommended!

A Book For Our Generation

This book is one of a kind! It does an excellent job of studying the scriptures and evaluating the Biblical basis of women pastors. In a time when many denominations are deciding whether they will support women in ministry or not, this is definitely a book for our generation. I would encourage anyone who has questions about the appropriateness of women becoming pastors to read this book!
