Solid Bible study

Once again Dee Brestin provides a thorough Bible study. She really helps the reader delve into the meat of the 1 Peter. I especially like the memorization of key Bible verses...enough to have special verses committed to memory without such long passages that you don't even want to try.

Worth working through

This study was full of useful concepts for women to consider in their daily lives. It would be especially useful to those who are going through major trials, or in a situation where they are being treated unfairly, as many of the lessons have some focus on handling such situations. It is fairly intensive, however. I wouldn't recommend it unless you have 1/2 hour to 45 minutes, 5 days a week to commit to the "homework" part of it...otherwise, you might not get as much out of it as possible. Also, it would be very useful to have recently read John Bunyan's "Pilgrim's Progress" before starting the study, as the author references it fairly often. Generally, a good, thought provoking study.
