A Warm Hug from Michael: Lessons and Meditations for Autism Parents

My non-verbal autistic son has inspired me to write autism fiction. Now Michael and I have put together our diaries and writings from our autism experiences. This tiny book, A WARM HUG FROM MICHAEL, is a collection of tips for autism family members and friends about some of the lessons Michael has taught me. It also includes some simple non-denominational meditations for dealing with stress and distress from being an autism care giver. As I cared for Michael, I taught music in the public schools here. Since I was an autism dad, I was always assigned the special music classes. I loved teaching all the kids and added to my autism experiences at the same time.
