This book will keep you reading till the book is over. It is very interesting and I am shure you will enjoy reading it.

Very Fun Trip!

Despite the fiasco of the previous rewrite of Mr. Hubbard's Ai Pedrito!, this one was a reasonably good revamping of the old tale as done by Dave Wolverton. Great job, Dave!The tale moves along briskly enough, and the characters were refined and repolished so as to make them not to appear too cartoonish, as evidenced in Mr. Hubbard's Ai Pedrito!Strange Trip would have received a 5; however, it did not pass the test of highly original material, nor did it contain any twists of suficient novelty or drama to sustain the sophisticated reader's interest.

This is a refreshingly lighthearted book.

I had just finished watching a depressing movie when I picked up this book. This book is lighthearted, interesting and funny. This book really keeps you going.

A fun romp through time.

This is not a serious time travel novel, but it is amusing. Its very similar to: "The Ship That Sailed The Time Stream" by G.C. Edmondson and reminiscent of Keith Laumer's, "The Great Time Machine Hoax." They just don't write science fiction like this anymore. I thoroughly enjoyed it, though I gained no new insights.

A Very Strange Trip is Quick and Entertaining

Well, I bought A Very Strange Trip last night, and finished it today around 3 in the afternoon. It's a quick read, and very entertaining. Wolverton does a great job keeping you wondering what is going to happen next. This novel is based on a screenplay written by L. Ron Hubbard. If you're looking for entertainment, but don't want to spend 2 weeks waiting to find out what happens, this book is for you. I really enjoyed it.
